You can create your team with eight drivers to choose from. Each week since the start of Daytona week, you can create your team before the qualifying starts. Before the start of the race, you have to choose only four from those eight drivers. You can do this up to the final checkered flag of Daytona so basically, what you do with Fantasy auto racing is that you have to pick the best team every race and manage it well to get the highest fantasy score to win!

If you want to join the Yahoo Sports Fantasy auto racing all you need is a Yahoo! ID. It’s that simple. If you already have one, then you can join the Fantasy auto racing right away! You can join weekly while the Daytona 500 is running right up to the Ford 400. The Fantasy auto racing league is actually divided into two seasons. The first half of the Fantasy auto racing Yahoo offers is from Daytona 500 to end of the Pepsi 400. Then the second season starts with the USG Sheetrock and ends with the Ford 400.

If you join the free Fantasy auto racing, you’ll be able to see your score in three columns. The first column shows your score for the first half. The second column displays the score you’ve garnered for the second or last half. Lastly, the third column is the overall score or total score of your first and second halves.

What about free fantasy auto racing league? Yes, it is free! As previously mentioned, all you need is a Yahoo! ID. That’s it! So why not invite your friends so you can have your own Olympic fantasy auto racing! Each of you can create up to three groups. When you create these private groups, you can invite those friends you want to join. You can join someone else’s group too. All you need is the ID number of that group and the password from the person who created that group.
